Outdoor Showers are great. You can use them to wash off beach sand as well as dirt and grime from working or playing outdoors. You can also use them to connect with nature.
This outdoor shower was built with pressure-treated wood to better withstand the elements. It features 1″ X 6″ panels and 4″ X 4″ posts that have been attached to poured concrete footings to enhance its sturdiness. There are also several 2″ X 4″ stretchers that provide support.
The shower sits on a foundation, made up of several inches of 1/2 inch bluestone within a frame made up of the same 4″ X 4″ lumber used for the posts. Lastly, there are 23 concrete pads, which are 12″ X 12″ resting on the bluestone.
